Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID)
- Returned within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
- Undergarments and personal accessories for hygiene reasons
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery via phone or email
- Provide your order ID and reason for return
- Our team will arrange item pickup from your address
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed
Refund Process
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or mobile banking (bKash/Nagad). Please provide your account details when initiating a return.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges for size or color within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
