Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all districts across Bangladesh including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barishal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh divisions.
Delivery Timeframes
- Dhaka Metropolitan: 1–3 business days
- Other City Areas: 3–5 business days
- Remote/Upazila Areas: 5–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to conditions beyond our control.
Delivery Charges
- Orders under ৳2000: ৳80 delivery charge
- Orders of ৳2000 or more: FREE delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We accept Cash on Delivery only. Payment is collected by our delivery partner at your door when the order arrives. Please have the exact amount ready.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, our team will contact you via phone with tracking information. You can also reach us at any time to get an update on your order.
Failed Delivery
If our delivery partner is unable to reach you, they will attempt redelivery. After two unsuccessful attempts, the order may be returned. Please ensure your contact number and address are accurate when placing your order.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
