• All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳)

• We make every effort to ensure product descriptions are accurate, but we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free

3. Ordering

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation from us via phone or message.

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is due at the time of delivery.

4. Delivery

• We deliver within Bangladesh only
• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location
• Delivery charges apply as stated at checkout (free delivery on orders above ৳2000)
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery

5. Returns and Refunds

• 7-day return window from the date of delivery
• Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags
• Certain items are non-returnable (worn, washed, final sale, undergarments)
• Refunds for COD orders are processed via bank transfer or mobile banking
